As part of our overall services when designing a website, we are able to make any Domain Name registrations or changes as well as hosting your site.
Logicom does not allow illegal content on our customer’s websites. However, as a hosting provider, it is not our place to determine if any site we host is actually engaging in illegal activities. If you suspect any of our customers are using their website to engage in any illegal activities, please help by contacting us immediately on info@logicom.com.
Anybody that has questions, issues or complaints relating to our hosting services can use our contact form, email us at info@logicom.com or call us at our head office in Milton Keynes on +44 (0)1908 663848. We aim to ensure that all queries are replied to within 72hrs. If a complaint needs to be escalated please contact admin@logicom.com. We aim to respond to escalated complaints within 72hrs. We will issue expiry notices of domains to our customers at least 1 month before the expiry date.
