Abbey National - Cashier Training
Logicom developed a fully interactive CBT package for use by Abbey National Cashiers.
The system is used to educate users in the processing of new account applications for the Abbey National Bank Account (ANBA) and the Instant Plus Account. The course teaches how to open accounts on BAS, through a series of four case studies. The CBT also contains a series of useful flow charts and a checklist in the BAS binder, which the student can refer to when working through the case studies.
