Here is a brief summary of our Services and how we work to ensure that we produce cost-effective technology based training and e-Learning programmes.
Analysis
Before designing, developing and implementing a technology based training or e--Learning solution, we will undertake the necessary analysis of business and learning needs for you, or base the solution on the analysis you provide.
Instructional Design
We will produce a 'blue-print' of the proposed learning solution which will be based on the workplace competence's to be addressed, the specific learning objectives which underpin the technology based training or e-Learning programme, the structure and sequence of the programme, and its associated assessment and evaluation strategies and methodologies. Accompanying this will also be a 'Briefing and Specification' document which details how the solution will be designed and how all the features and assets will be used, including the user interface and navigation aspects.
Real World Environments
Where appropriate we can, by using the benefits of re-engineered 3-D computer game technology, create a real world environment which produces a cost-effective simulation of various workplace environments which allow your staff to put into practice their knowledge and skills whilst, at the same time, receiving feedback with regard to their performance.
Asset Creation
In-house, we can effectively and efficiently create and program any text, 2-D and 3-D graphics and animations, plus audio, and video assets, as required by the instructional design. These assets can be incorporated into any e-Learning or technology based training solution depending on your requirements, and in relation to your available technology and IT infrastructures.
Evaluation
We can advise you on appropriate evaluation strategies and provide you with not only the methodology that supports your chosen strategy but the data collection tools as well. If you do not have sufficient in-house resources we also have the facilities to undertake data collection and collation, analysis of findings, and report generation.
Project Management
We always aim to develop projects within agreed time scales and budgets. To help achieve this we start by producing a project definition and plan, which details the scope of the work, the resources to be used, the tasks to be undertaken, the number of 'man'-days allocated, actual and elapsed time lines, and a risk analysis. This document then acts as a 'contract' between us and the client, enabling both parties to manage and monitor the project on a day-to-day basis, and in the event of any counter measures being required, to take appropriate and timely action.
Maintenance
Many of our clients require occasional or regular updating of their technology based training or e-Learning programmes. Not only do we design such provision so that any future maintenance is easy and relatively cheap to undertake but we would also be pleased to undertake it on your behalf.
